Brewery notes: On the nose, it’s an explosion of hop resin accompanied by a touch of citrus. The body is lean and well carbonated, allowing the flavors to fully express themselves.
On the palate, notes of grapefruit and mandarin come through first, followed by a slight passion fruit character. Then the hop resin takes over to finish the sip with authority.
The finish is dry, supported by a persistent bitterness reminiscent of the great West Coast classics.
