Heartbeat has teamed up with Louisiana legend and UFC fan favorite, Dustin Poirier, to bring you Poirier's Louisiana-style, an ode to hot sauce and its Lafayette, Louisiana roots.
Like any good Cajun sauce, the recipe starts with the finest Cayenne peppers, fermented to complement the heat and enhance the flavor before finishing with vinegar, sea salt, celery, and garlic.
Add a handful of red habaneros for a little extra kick, and you have a knockout sauce that can accompany heavy meals as well as lightweight dishes like grilled chicken breast or cauliflower pizza.
