Grisette Marc De Raisin

This Belgian tradition beer was crafted using 100% Quebec ingredients.

Fermented as in the old days in neutral oak barrels, it then underwent a brief aging on grape pomace vinified by our neighbors at Domaine le Cageot.

The result is a beverage that is both light and complex, with inviting reflections and fruity and wild notes.

An enchanting combination between the world of wine and that of beer, a tribute to the grape harvest, and a nod to lovers of rustic beers.
