Ingredients: Apples, grapes. 8.4% alc./vol.
The blend of a Cidre de pommettes in semi-carbonic fermentation in amphora and a cider macerated for 7 days on the marcs of Frontenac blanc and La Crescent de Pinard et filles.
A textured cider with notes of orange peel, similar to a full-bodied wine, it will be appreciated as much as an aperitif as an accompaniment to a meal.
The cider is not disgorged as a natural sparkling wine.
