This fifth and final anniversary beer is a tribute to the family duo Mireille Allard and Charles Allard, who are pioneers in hop production in Outaouais and Quebec, as they created the first hop farm in Canada over 10 years ago.
This New England IPA is heavily hopped with Chinook, Centennial, and El Dorado in pellet form but also with "Hop Hash".
