Cuvée Gewurzt

This beer is a blend of oak-aged sour beer, to which we've added lychee and Gewurztraminer must, a wine in which you can usually smell the grapes, and which tends to have lychee and stone fruit aromas. 

This gentle blend gives us a tangy, woody beer with a fruity freshness reminiscent of orange wine. Perfect for aperitifs.
