Récolte is a 5% lager brewed with local ingredients: 100% pilsner malt from Mill Ridge Farm (Ottawa Valley), as well as Cascade and Nugget hops from Lupuline Hop Yard.
On the nose, the hops dominate the aroma, bringing herbal and citrus notes.
On the palate, the beer is very thin and "crispy."
It initially presents light cereal flavors (crackers, soda biscuits, and baguette) from the malt used.
The hops finish the sip with a good dose of citrus (lemon and mandarin) and a sharp but very refreshing bitterness.
