It was after a trip to California that our Master Brewer was introduced to this style, which is an hybrid between West Coast IPAs and European Pilsners.
The West Coast Pils stands out from traditional pilsners due to its massive addition of American hops after fermentation.
As a result, we get a refreshing, dry beer with a balanced aroma of American hops.
