A naturally sparkling, flavoured brut cider produced in Quebec.
A blend of ciders macerated with Joyhill strawberries and gamay marc, camerise maceration and barrel-aged hyslop and dolgo ciders.
The low temperature maceration preserves the crispness of the red fruits while the crabapples and barrels provide the tannins and aromatic depth needed to make a complex cider.
The aromas are fully expressed in this cuvée with light carbonation, structured by a fine acidity and light bitters.
