Ippon X Fleuri

Here's our latest collaboration, with people we greatly respect: the lovely Cidres Fleuri gang.

It's a blend of our Mujo (rice-hopped saison) and Dolgo crabapples.

The result is something quite unusual: a dry, slightly wild beer with clean acidity and supple tannins.
