We are pleased to present another variation of our Pinot Gris grape variety this year, the Pinot Gris de macération.
These are the same excellent Pinot Gris grapes that have been macerated on skins for 14 days during the fermentation process.
The result is a complex wine with a beautiful orange color and aromas of melon and peach.
